Shipping Delays
Good morning, everyone!
Some of my shipments from the past couple of weeks have been delayed. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time a large shipment has arrived late. Here's what I know about the situation:
- The packages are not currently lost. Depending on the destination, my packages sometimes don't get scanned in between Seattle and the final leg. This is really dependent on the shipping destinations in between me and you and how they handle packages.
- Packages that have been delayed are now being scanned at the final legs. This is usually how it goes down. When packages are delayed, as soon as it starts to become concerning, they start moving on Monday. I expect all of these packages will show up at your local distribution network this week. Hopefully, they will be delivered by the end of the week!
- If it gets towards the end of the week and your package hasn't been moving or changing statuses, I might initiate a mail search. This is not immediate cause for concern and I'll be sure to email you when I do this. This doesn't mean that the package is lost, but sometimes reporting it can help it move along faster.
So sorry for these delays! I thank all of you for your patience. I wish I could do something about it besides submitting hundreds of complaints 😩.
