Terms of Agreement

Approval

All brands seeking to distribute Hoshi Gato products should email us at em@hoshigato.com.

Payment

Payment will be required before delivery of goods. Payment requests will be delivered via invoice to the provided email address. We accept payment by card or PayPal. If you need another payment option, please contact us at em@hoshigato.com.

Branding

Hoshi Gato's official branding should be used in all advertising and product displays. Any deviations in product branding should be sent in for approval at em@hoshigato.com. High quality photos, logos, and images will be provided upon request. 

Branding will be used according to guidelines provided.

Minimum Advertised Price/Discounts

Any discounts above 10% off of our advertised retail price must be agreed upon prior to implementation.

Reselling Platforms

Wholesale products cannot be sold on reselling platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Mercari, etc. Products must only be sold on approved platforms and at in-person events.

Product Tampering

Wholesalers will agree to not dilute, mix, or otherwise adulterate Hoshi Gato products.

Local Regulations

Resellers are responsible for following whatever regulations apply to our products in the country/region of sale. Resellers are responsible for acquiring all necessary analysis and licensing to meet those requirements.

Shipping and Delivery

Lead Time

Prior to invoicing, a time range for fulfillment will be provided and agreed upon. The time required for delivery will depend on the order quantity. 

Delivery Options/International Shipping

Hoshi Gato is unable to provide international shipping. Additionally, depending on the order quantity, there may be hazardous shipping fees imposed due to the ethanol content. All fees and delivery costs will be discussed prior to billing.

Refunds/Replacements

All sales are final. Replacements will be provided in the case of damaged goods. Refunds for damaged goods will be provided if replacements cannot be issued.

Damaged goods

Damaged goods must be declared within 72 hours of arrival. 

Payment

Wholesaler will pay all shipping fees unless otherwise agreed upon by Hoshi Gato and the wholesaler.
